Returns Policy:
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@unicalumiere.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product(s) to us.
Refund Policy:
We will issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and verify the returned product(s).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
